The ‘Cards of the Zodiac’ is a twelve-part monthly series of unique webinars that will explore the 78 cards of the Tarot through an astrological lens over the course of one full year.
In the first webinar in this 12-session series ‘The Cards of the Zodiac: Cancer’, we’ll explore The Chariot and its peculiar astrological connection as well as the cards of Cancer’s ruler, The Moon. We'll explore the seasonal cards, the decanic cards, and also look at both a card layout and intention to help work with the Cancerian energies. And finally, I’ll answer any questions you may have about the cards of Cancer season.

You might be wondering, why start with Cancer? The calendar doesn’t start there. The Zodiac doesn’t start there either. So… good question. The Chariot is about willpower, intentional movement, and confidence. Loading our chariot with our learning intentions, our determination, and our desire to move forward with the Tarot and Astrology, seemed like the perfect thing to do. The Chariot is also the Major Arcana card that is linked to Cancer, which is my Moon sign, so it felt like the right, albeit unique and personal, time to start a series I’m offering from the comfort of my home office. ;)

In this 5-lesson course, you’ll learn about the history, myths and origin stories of the Tarot, structure of a typical Tarot deck, the suits, pips (cards numbered 1 – 10) and the court cards of the Minor Arcana, the cards of the Major Arcana, using the Tarot as a tool for reflection, wisdom, guidance and learning through activities, discussion, and card layouts (known as spreads). By the end of this course, you’ll have everything you need to begin exploring the magic of the Tarot on your own!
